Transitive closure of CID 29 AcquisitionModality

Value set combining the (overlapping) value sets that are defined by DICOM (in [CID 29 Acquisition Modality](https dicom.nema.org medical dicom 2018a output chtml part16 sect_CID_29.html)) and MedMij respectively.

Taal codes

Valueset proposed by the IHE MCWG. This list is based on the SNOMED CT values of children of Clinical Specialty 394658006 with added the children of Medical Specialty 394733009. After that a few adjustments were done to prevent overlapping. The same list is used in the US national Sequoia project.
